FPL "Build Smart Energy Star Certified" - We have applied for FPL Build Smart Program - Soon we will have every home we build "Energy Star Certified". We expect to be an Energy Star Builder by the end of August 2009.
Department of Energy "Building America" Certified - Coming soon. We expect to have the Omnicrete process approved by the end of August 2009.
Green Building Certified - LEED certification is obtained after submitting an application documenting compliance with the requirements of the rating system as well as paying registration and certification fees. Certification is granted solely by the Green Building Council responsible for issuing the LEED system used on the project.
