Omnicrete is a patented innovative construction process that is the Safest, Strongest, Greenest, Most Eco Friendly and the Most Cost efficient system ever developed! In fact, after factoring in the massive energy savings, Omnicrete’s construction cost is far less than any other conventional or non conventional construction system anywhere in the world; by far.

 

THE  ASSEMBLY

OMNICRETE incorporates three types of concrete:

·    Standard poured concrete reinforced by steel reinforcement rods both vertical and horizontal. This concrete type has been used for hundred of years around the world.

·    Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) is a pre-cast lightweight Cellular Concrete material that provides lightly structural, insulation and fire resistance in a single material. AAC products include blocks, wall panels, floor and roof panels, and lintels. AAC has been manufactured in the US since the early 1950’s and is commonly used in a commercial panel application for large commercial and industrial buildings and as fire walls between multifamily residential units. Although AAC is a superior building product, by itself, it does not posses the structural strength as it does when used in the Omnicrete process. In short; AAC + Concrete = OMNICRETE

·   Composite concrete board products known as concrete composite boards which are sold under names as Durra rock, Hardi Plank and Hardi fiber cement backer board on interior construction and exterior siding, fascia and soffit board on exterior construction. OMNICRETE maintains compliance with its mission of fire retardant, low maintenance as well as its Eco Friendly material guidelines throughout its building process.

 

As the name indicates, “OMNICRETE” is “ALL“ Concrete. The “Tri-Wall” three parts are as follows:

1.   Outer Wall – Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC)

2.   Center Core – Poured steel reinforced Concrete.

3.   Inner Wall – Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC).

Both AAC walls function as stay-in-place forming walls. After conventional poured concrete is placed in the center cavity, the OMNICRETE wall takes on very special attributes boasting of unheard of wind and flying debris protection, energy efficiency, acoustical ability, fire rating, moisture and mold elimination and a termite free environment. AAC Forming walls (light weight concrete) contain thousands of tiny air pockets evenly disbursed throughout the product during its manufacturing process. The resulting Omnicrete integrated wall system is far superior to any other system ever brought to a construction site for a price comparable to conventional wood or block construction. As an option, we offer AAC material for interior wall partitions (instead of wood and drywall) which totally eliminates wood and drywall on the inside wall partitions. No drywall is ever used on the inside of exterior walls and if the interior wall option is exercised no drywall is used on any wall inside the home; just plaster (an Eco-Friendly clay plaster may be used as another option). 

 

 

This 2,400 SF Home's electrical bills for cooling is under $114.00 per month even in the hottest Months in Florida. This home is located in Central Florida just North of Daytona Beach. The home has 10 foot ceilings through out with a Miami Dade hurricane rated metal roof with titanium underlayment. Even though this home's cooling bills are 75% lower than a conventionally built home of equal size, there is zero insulation in the attic. After one year (August) we will place insulation in the attic and then compare the cooling bills for the next year.
